Hi, my name is Daniel. I'm a retired real estate investor living in Puerto Rico, considering secure passive income sources.
About PRretirementfund.com
My Mission
I am retired. I no longer want to inspect properties, or deal with contractors fixing up real estate. You will never receive a commercial message from me advertising my "business" because I don't have one. But from time to time, if a deal makes sense, I might buy the financing on that deal for passive retirement income here in Puerto Rico.

You won't receive any advertising messages from me.
If you made it this far, you probably heard about me from word of mouth. I am not in business, nor do I want 10,000 phone calls from desperate people looking for money that need it delivered yesterday. Please don't post my page publicly, I do not loan directly to the public and I don't do this as a trade or business, so if I reached out to you first, it is probably a scam. I don't do that. But if you are an investor and have a real estate deal that makes sense, feel free to contact me and I will give it consideration.
